There is a vitality, a life force, an energy, a quickening that is translated through you into action, and because there is only one of you in all of time, this expression is unique. And if you block it, it will never exist through any other medium, and be lost. The world will not have it.

It is not your business to determine how good it is, nor how valuable, nor how it compares with other expressions. It is your business to keep it yours, clearly and directly, to keep the channel open.

You do not even have to believe in yourself or your work. You have to keep open and aware directly to the urge that motivates you.

Keep the channel open.

Home: About

Psychology, broken down, means the study of Psyche, or Soul.

While all of us work with adults, Tony is our expert on children and families.

He also works in Spanish. Casey also specializes in teens. Joy, on pregnancy and postpartum.

We are here for those who go off the beaten path. We work with

creative types, the wounded feminine, the misunderstood masculine, all

queer-identifying community, and with other healers; those with a strong spiritual path.

Joy and Tony specialize in dream analysis and using depth psychotherapy;

a classical approach (which is popular and growing in Latin America, India and Europe.)

We are intrapsychic in nature; artists and philosophers, and welcome psychologically-minded

folx who want to do a deep-dive with their dreams, art, music, and using nature.

We have a strong focus on sexuality and gender - offering

individual work and relationship work in these areas.

RELATIONAL COUNSELING

The I-Thou relationship is one of reciprocal, mutual recognition of being.

I see You as a whole being, on the same level as I.  You see I as a whole being, as well.

We often work with love and its absence.

Joy and Tony are trained to use a process of offering classical psychology "free associations" with Jungian active imagination (to integrate the subconscious with conscious material.)

Surprise us with the depths of the unknown.

The invisible is welcome here.

We did not ask for this room or this music. But because we are here, let us dance.
